Welcome! Little bit about me....
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition from Arizona State University and have been a practicing RD since 2017. Before starting The Nourishment Class in 2025, I worked at Banner Health’s weight loss program, where I supported patients in achieving long-term lifestyle and health improvements.
My approach is rooted in the belief that nutrition isn’t about restriction — it’s about feeling your best so you can live your fullest life.
Outside of work, you can usually find me cooking for family and friends, enjoying good food, good company, and the joy that comes with both.
